Mathew Hughes and Hugh Stiel, co-owners of Taco Del Mar, celebrated a ribbon cutting ceremony on Wednesday, April 4, 2012. Parish officials and Chamber members were on hand for the ceremony. St. Bernard Parish President David Peralta presented the owners with a plaque thanking them for their contributions to the economic growth of the parish. Taco Del Mar specializes in burritos, tacos and nachos. The restaurant is open daily from 10 a.m. to Midnight and is located at 925 E. Judge Perez Drive. 

The owners would like to invite the public to attend their Grand Opening Celebration on Saturday, April 14th from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. B-97 Radio will be on hand and there will be tons of prizes given away. For more information, contact the restaurant at 504.302.2805.
