At their November 7 meeting, the St. Bernard Parish council unanimously approved a resolution to send in an application for a Louisiana Local Government Assistance Program (LGAP) grant, a state program designed “to provide financial assistance” for projects that “improve the health, safety, and quality of life of residents.”
