One of life’s experiences, we have probably all shared, is getting a song or some musical tune in your head and hearing it all day. Well, I have that with an issue. That is all the armchair quarterbacks throwing foul balls at the school system and administration. There may not be very many, but even several are too much. Fifty-five years ago, August and Patricia Di Franco, nee Patricia Le Blanc, were married at St. Maurice Catholic Church in New Orleans on the 12th of September. They are both born and raised in New Orleans, and moved to St. Bernard Parish as teenagers.
