• Kraig Stutes of Covington spent Labor Day with friends in Arabi.
• With a bid of $11,578,102, Johnson Bros Corporation of Louisiana was awarded the contract for improvements to the St. Bernard Port, Harbor and Terminal Districts Arabi terminal. The project is the beginning of Phase II of $19 million in improvements to the 300 ft. wide slip facility.
